Ofer Bloch

Mr. Ofer Bloch has been Chief Executive Officer of Israel Electric Corporation Limited since June 10, 2015 and serves as its President. Mr. Bloch served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hadera Paper Ltd. from January 1, 2010 to 2014. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of LeadCom Integrated Solutions Ltd., from July 2009 to November 2009. Mr. Bloch served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Netafim Ltd. from 2006 to 2009. From 2003 to 2006, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of DBS Satellite Services (1998) Ltd. from 2003 to 2006. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tnuva's Milk Conglomerate, and YES. He serves as the Chairman of Whitewater Security Ltd., an affiliate of Whitewater, Inc. Mr. Bloch has a broad perspective on the global challenges facing water and has addressed the UN's General Assembly on the global water crisis and sanitation conditions. He serves as a Director of Whitewater, Inc. He retired Major in the Israel Defence Forces. He performed his military service in the Armored Corps. Mr. Bloch holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Recanati School of Business.
