Was appointed as a Senior Vice President of the Power & Energy Group on February 2013. He was Acting Senior Vice President of the Engineering Projects Group on June 2012. He has been serving as Head of the Engineering Planning Division since July 2007.

 He holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Computers Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a ME degree in Business Management from the faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technion –Israel institute of Technology.

 He has been working in the IEC since 1990.
